Sales Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team. The Manager will be responsible for compiling and analyzing sales team performance metrics to determine sales potential and ways to enhance sales performance.   

Additional responsibilities include, analyzing sales performance and retention data, preparing weekly/monthly dashboards and reports for presentation to Senior Management and Sales team, support development of commission plan design and tracking, as well as comparing sales productivity with current and sales history.

Responsibilities include:

  • Compile, analyze, and report sales team metrics and performance.
  • Design, develop and present analysis, insights, and recommendations to sales team members and management to drive business decisions. 
  • Create, prepare and present weekly/monthly/quarterly sales dashboard reports to team and Senior Management
  • Monitor and report customer retention/churn by sales rep, brand and product.
  • Support development of commission plan design and tracking
  • Provide actionable insights to guide sales and management teams.
  • Analyze and make a correlation between different data sources
  • Transform data into insights to drive revenue growth
  • Review the company’s past and current sales performance for purposes of forecasting and determining sales strategies and staffing levels 
  • Provide comments on sales processes and suggest process or system improvements to create efficiencies.
  • Conduct market pricing analysis and benchmark against DaySmart products


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, computer science, statistics, applied math or related field required.
  • Analytics experience and or experience in translating reporting and analytics into a business story with clear take-aways and business opportunities particularly supporting a sales function
  • A high level of experience and aptitude using Excel and Microsoft products 
  • Experience with Salesforce or a CRM and the creation of dashboards and reports
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills. Can gather and analyze data independently and quickly see trends to drive action
  • Interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and influence decisions with key leaders
